 Ibrunat 140 mg Uses

Ibrunat is a prescription medicine for treating adult patients with the following blood cancers:

• Mantle cell lymphoma
• Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia
• Small lymphocytic lymphoma
• Chronic lymphocytic leukemia and
• Marginal zone lymphoma (MZL)

 How Ibrunat Ibrutinib 140 mg Capsule Works

Ibrutinib, the active ingredient in Ibrunat, works by blocking the activity of a specific protein called Bruton’s tyrosine kinase, or BTK. Bruton’s tyrosine kinase is a protein found in your B cells. It sends “signals” that help B cells to survive and multiply. By blocking BTK, this generic medicine helps kill and reduce the number of cancerous B-cells. This stops or slows the progression of cancer.

 How to Take Ibrunat Capsule

Take Ibrunat 140mg once a day at about the same time every day. Your dosage and duration of treatment will depend on blood cancer type, your age, how severe your condition is and how you react to the first dose. Capsules should be taken orally with a glass of water. Do not open, crush, or chew it.

• Joint/muscle pain
• Headache
• Fever

• Dizziness
• Anxiety
• Tiredness
• Mouth sores (stomatitis)

 How to Store Ibrunat 140 mg Capsule

• Store Ibrunat (Natco Ibrutinib) at room temperature 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Excursions are permitted between 15°C and 30°C
