We sincerely ensure that you are completely satisfied with our Products and we completely understand that an Exchange may be necessary in certain cases. We are happy to offer you peace of mind when you are not fully satisfied with the purchase and want to Exchange the product(s) to us. You may Exchange the product(s) based on the conditions listed below:
- Products will not be accepted for Exchange except where:
- The Product(s) or packaging at the time of Delivery were faulty, or
- The Ordered product doesn’t match with the delivered product.
- In order to benefit from this Exchange policy, the Products must since Delivery have always been stored and transported in accordance with the applicable transport and storage guidelines and not be used, unsealed, marked, over labelled, changed or interfered with.
- Where the Products are returned as a result of faulty Product and/or packaging the Buyer must:
- contact Us within two (2) working days of Delivery to notify Us of the defect, including details of the defect and quantity of Product affected, and request instruction for an Exchange of such Product and/or packaging;
- Capture a snap (take a photograph) in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, and share the same with us;
- store and transport the Product in accordance with the transport and storage guidelines;
- not mark, damage, interfere with or alter the returned Products in any way; and.
- return the Products together with its packaging in the original condition with bill document.
- The faulty Products and/or packaging will be forwarded to Website’s quality assurance department for investigation. Where We will determine that the Product is defective and such defect is due to Our handling then We will provide the User with replacement Products.
- Any manufacturing or production related issues shall directly be registered to the Manufacturer. We are an aggregator & will not be liable for any production or manufacturing defects
- Please Note: Replacement/exchange is subject to product/stock availability.
EXCHANGE ON MEDICINES:
- Buyer may Exchange the medicine provided, it does not match the order, or if the medicine provided by us is past its expiry date.
- Buyer is responsible to check the order at the time of delivery and report any return request before making the payment to the delivery personnel.
EXCHANGE NOT ELIGIBLE IF THE ITEM(S) YOU ORDERED:
- is without original packing/accessories.
- falls under the following product categories: Oral care (toothbrushes, toothpastes), Women care (sanitary napkins, breast relievers) and other Personal hygiene products;
- seal is opened.
- is used or tampered with.
- Please Note: For overseas customers, sometimes your country's customs will open the sealed package and conduct random checks.
