Description
Introduction
Kayzoni is a kinase inhibitor used to treat patients with ALK or ros1-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Warning & Precautions
●Hepatotoxicity: fatal hepatotoxicity occurred in 0.1% of patients. Monitor the liver regularly. Pause, reduce, or permanently terminate Kayzoni.
●Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonia: 2.9% of patients. Patients with ILD/ pneumonia are permanently discontinued.
●Prolonged QT interval: 2.1% of patients.
Electrocardiograms and electrolytes were closely monitored in patients who had a history or tendency to extend QTc, or who were taking medications that might extend the QT interval. Pause, reduce, or permanently terminate Kayzoni.
●Bradycardia: Kayzoni may cause bradycardia. Monitor your heart rate and blood pressure regularly. Suspend, reduce, or permanently terminate Kayzoni.
●Severe impairment of force: approximately 0.2% of patients were reported. Conduct an ophthalmic evaluation. Discontinue use of this drug in severely impaired patients
●Embryo toxicity: may cause fetal damage. Effective contraceptive measures are recommended to avoid potential fetal risks.
How to Use
1. Therapy period
● Recommended dosage: 250mg, taken orally, 2 times daily.
● Renal injury: for patients with severe renal injury (creatinine clearance rate <30mL/min) without dialysis, oral administration of 250mg once a day is recommended. 2. Dosage form specification ●Capsule, 250mg, 200mg. 3. Contraindications
