Q2:What payment methods do you offer?

A:We offer a variety of popular local payment methods. For example, China UnionPay and Alipay for Chinese customers, QIWI and webmoney for CIS countries, PayPal for European customers, Arab customers prefer to use bank wire transfers.We are happy to provide more popular payment methods in your region and we have a lot to learn.

Q3:How do you pay us?

d) Our accounting department will verify the screenshot and when we confirm receipt of your payment, your order will go through the packaging process.

Q5:It's the first time I've bought medicine from Medicine Center. Do you offer cash on delivery?

A:We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to offer you a cash on delivery service. Because some customers choose to reject the package when they receive it , some countries' customs may hold the returned package without any reason. We are unable to request a recall of the package from your customs, and if this happens we will lose everything.

If you choose to reject your package when you receive it or if the package is returned because it CAN NOT be cleared through customs, we have to wait until the package is returned to our shop. Also we CAN NOT offer a refund before we receive the returned parcel.This is very complicated because Indian customs may also detain returned packages too. This can mean several months, so please consider carefully if you would like to reject your package.

Because every package means a family in need of medication. We are very sorry for this, and as a pharmacy that has been in business for 30 years, we know how much this means to families. It is 100% our duty to contact the customer for a refund after we receive a returned package. We also had a problem we couldn't solve: we tried to contact the customer using the phone number in the mailing address, but got no response. This makes us feel very guilty and anxious.
