What ENDOBLOC 10MG is used for?
- It is a used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
Warning & Precautions
Talk your Doctor before taking this medicine, if you:
- Have a condition called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)
- Are anemic
- Have liver problems
- Have any other medical conditions
Pregnancy & Breast Feeding
- If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
- It is not known if Ambrisentan passes into your breast milk
Children & Adolescents
- It is not known if Ambrisentan is safe and effective in children
Interactions
Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
- Especially tell your doctor if you take the medicine cyclosporine used to autoimmune disease or to prevent graft rejections
How to Use
- Take ENDOBLOC 10MG exactly as your doctor tells you to take it
- You can take this medicine with or without food
- Take it at the same time each day
If you take more dose of ENDOBLOC 10MG
- If you take more than your regular dose of ENDOBLOC 10MG, call your doctor right away
If you forgot a dose, ENDOBLOC 10MG
- Take your next dose at the regular time. Do not double the dose
If you stop using ENDOBLOC 10MG
- Do not stop taking this medicine before your doctor tells you to stop
Side Effects
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them
Serious
- Allergic reaction
- Too much calcium in your blood
Uncommon
- Excessive amounts of calcium in your blood (hypercalcaemia) or in your urine(hypercalcuria) may occur with large doses
Rare
- Nausea, diarrhoea, stomach ache
- Constipation
- Flatulence
- Heartburn (dyspepsia)
- Rash, hives, itching
More Information
- Keep out of the reach of children
- Do not use after expiry date
- Store at room temperature (15-25ºC)
